Registration:

1. How can I become a member of Swadeshgifts.com?
    Click on “New User” at home page and fill the registration details.

2. Is membership free?
    Yes, once you register yourself with swadeshgifts.com membership benefits are avail for you.

3. To shop items registration is compulsory?
    No, you can shop item without registration but it will prompt you to enter email Id and Name. Unregistered members will loose the special     benefits compared to registered members.

4. What are the benefits available for registered members?
    They can avail special membership benefits like My Photos Album, Order History, Friends List, Occasion Reminders, Special Discounts and     Schemes, News Letters and many more....

Members

1. Can I change my personal details?
    Yes, Click on Personal Account Information. You will get a screen where you can change your personal details like address details,     password, etc...

2. What is friend list and how can I manage friends list?
    Only registered members can have friends list. You can enter addresses of your friends. And when you like to send gifts to your friend just     select a friend name all the details will be displayed automatically.

3. What is occasion remainder?
    With the Occasion reminder, you can note the important occasions of your friends and relatives. You can set reminders to the occasions like     Birthday/Wedding Anniversaries etc. You can also specify the date on which you wish to get the reminder (by setting the no. of days before     the occasion). With this, there is no chance of missing any important date and you can well manage the Occasions. The reminders will be     mailed to your Mail Id well in advance.

Photo Features

• Digital photos will be taken at the time of delivery.

• If you ask us to send to you digital photos taken at the time of delivery it will be sent to you within 48 hours after your order are executed.

• These photos will be uploaded to our website and these photos album can be visited by you by logging into the site for a period of 365 Days    and subsequently moved to the library.

Ordering

1. Can I track my orders?
    Yes, you can track your order by clicking on order history, but the user should be a register member.

2. Orders can be place on phone?
    Yes, order can take over phone. Here is the number (xxxxxxxxxxx)

3. Minimum number of days in advance to place an order
    One day before for perishable items and same day for Non-Perishable Items.

4. Any free cards along with gifts?
    Yes, for every gift we send a free message card. Just type your message in a column that is provided at the time of placing your order.

5. Conditions for Return
    - Unused Items can be Returned
    - If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure, your return meets the conditions described.

Books - Must be in their original condition.

Computers, notebook computers, handheld devices, TV's, digital cameras and camcorders - Must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date. Computer Peripherals Must be Un-opened.

Perishables and personal care items - Will not be returned, unless defective or wrongly Delivered.
Refund for item(s) or exchange for damaged/ wrongly shipped item(s) will be made/done after deducting the shipping/handling charges.


DELIVERY DETAILS :

1) Can I Get A Conformation of the Delivery?
     Within 24 Hours you will get a confirmation after the delivery. At Any moment we can’t deliver your gift due to the natural calamities or strikes      we will inform you via mail.

2) What happens if you don’t deliver or deliver late?
    The Delivery may be late due to any natural calamities , riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control will be informed you      via mail. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is due to swadeshgifts.com.


3) Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages:
    Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight,     size, count and functionality. There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers.     Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not     available, suitable alternatives will be used.

4) Can a Recipient send a message to the sender?
    Yes, The recipients can send a message to the sender. The message is conveyed to the sender via Email within 24 hours after delivery     along with the confirmation of delivery.

5) How the delivery will be done?
    Delivery will be done by in person without any damage.

DELIVERY DATE & TIME :

1) Can deliveries be done on Event Days at specified time?
    It is not possible to deliver as per Time Range on Event Days, as deliveries are planned based on Areas and Priorities. Orders will be     delivered between 6 AM - 8 PM.

2) Any extra charge for delivery on Sunday Or on Holiday?
    NO. No extra charges.

3) Can I specify the required Time of Delivery?
    YES. Time range of 3 hours need to be mentioned. It is subjected to Destination. While placing order based on Destination, you will be     prompted for available Time ranges. 3 hours time range need to be selected like 9 - 12 Noon Or 6 PM - 9 PM etc.. Based on the Time Range     selected, Time based Delivery Charges will be applicable. For any time range between 9 AM - 6 PM, it is Free.

3) MID NIGHT deliveries are there?
    Mid Night deliveries can be done in between ie., 23:30 hrs - 00:30 hrs. In the delivery date column you should mention prior date of the event     date

3) Will you deliver in recipient convenient time by making a call to them?
     YES. You can mention the request in shipping instructions. On Non-event days, we will call the Recipient for visiting time. They have to give     maximum of two hours from our call.

5) Is there any surprise Gifts deliveries?
    YES. It is possible to deliver gifts as Surprise. If mentioned in shipping instruct ions, we do not call recipients and deliver directly. If     recipients are not available at the specified time range, gifts will be handed over to Family members. We require Land marks for such     surprise Deliveries.

Payment

1. Is check/DD/Cash is acceptable?
    Yes, check, DD or cash is acceptable. But your order will be executed only after the realization of your instrument. For further information,     please contact our Customer Care.

2. What is the payment mode
    You can make payment through any International credit cards . Your card will be charged in your local currency even though the prices are     mentioned in US$ in our site. We have set up a secure online order system through which your payment is processed
